About the event
This 6 week course meets weekly on Mondays from 7 PM to 10 PM starting March 23rd and running through April 27th.
This 101 class focuses on the business side of acting, while also getting hands on experience with auditions and scene-work. We will cover different aspects of what an actor should know and do including: self tapes, headshots & resumes, zoom audition prep, marketing tools, set etiquette, and navigating the industry as a person of color.
This is a good intro course for those new to the industry and a great refresher course for those more seasoned.
Subsidized tuition for the class is $125. Class size is limited. Payment plans and need based financial aid is available upon request.
